Clients of IN HOUSE use their maximum co-op allowances. If the vendor's programs are completely understood, if the reimbursement method is acceptable to the client, if the advertising is pre-approved by the vendor and if the media involved guarantees the net dollars owed them (no matter how the vendor pays), then co-op is worth the inherent hassles.
