THE IN HOUSE ADVERTISING SERVICES CONCEPT: You can have your own "In House" ad agency but not have the employees or the overhead. No 15% commission from you. In fact, no commissions and no markups. For a flat monthly fee we will handle as much of your advertising and marketing needs as you ask us to handle. Of course, we do insist on a commissionable or net rate from your vendors, (media, printers, etc) but that commission is given directly to you. You always pay the net rate. We might not be good for you. Some businesses prefer to have little involvement with their company's advertising and marketing. They select an ad agency to handle it, paying a 15% commission to the agency on all media placements and a variety of fees for the writing, design and production of advertising and marketing tools. The more advertising the agency "recommends" to the business, the more fees and commissions are paid. If you are in this category, we are not your agency. We want our clients involved. IN HOUSE functions like a full-time employee would. IN HOUSE writes, designs and arranges the production of advertising and marketing materials at among the lowest costs in town. IN HOUSE uses the services of the most talented creative professionals, but we do not keep them on our payroll. Production is not a profit center for IN HOUSE. The volume of business done in these areas by IN HOUSE clients provides "group" rates available to all clients. Charges are not marked up. Indeed, commissions earned by IN HOUSE are passed directly--100%--on to its clients. So, give us a call and let's talk for a few minutes. We might just save you a bunch of time and money. Thanks,
Kevin Andersen President
